The Stockton Boulevard Business Information Center (BIC) is an integral part of the continuum of business development services in the Sacramento area, working closely with many local business assistance providers.
The BIC partners with various governmental entities, business chambers of commerce and associations, local banks and financial institutions, and other non-profit and for-profit organizations. Via these collaborative partnerships, the BIC is able to provide expert business educational and consulting services to CalWORKs self-employed participants, as well as other prospective and existing small businesses in the Oak Park area, the Stockton Boulevard Corridor, and South County area.
